For more than ten years, we’ve been a fixture in the Chicagoland area, as a professional service business helping people. During that time, we’ve honed our customer-first approach, ensuring that we solve problems simply, efficiently and with the greatest of care.

Now, we’ve expanded our reach, moving beyond the roots of our service set to offer people an easy way to de-clutter, streamline, recycle/upcycle and tidy up their lives.

 So, some people may just see a pile of junk. But we see an opportunity for our clients to be free.

Our Process

When at all possible, we like to meet personally with clients, to get a full gauge of their needs and see, firsthand, what needs to be removed, while providing an on-site estimate. If that’s not possible, we ask clients to give us a comprehensive list of their junk, providing photos of the stuff that needs to be hauled away. That way, we can get a more accurate gauge of the job at hand.

After pricing, we create a job order and schedule—we typically offer a two-hour arrival window, so clients don’t have to wait around all day. And, for convenience, we email or text clients a day before the removal as a reminder.

When our uniformed and fully insured staff arrive at the removal site, we assess the job, to ensure the estimate meets the actual removal items. Oftentimes, once we start removing junk, clients find even more they want to unburden themselves of—so, we can typically adjust the estimate and the removal of additional items on-the-fly.

 Then, we work to quickly and efficiently remove items, ensuring minimal disruptions and focusing on care when removing the junk.
